 Freshworks is looking for a seasoned Technical Architect Leader to drive scalable architecture, lead engineering innovation, and shape our long-term technology strategy. You'll work on building microservices, leading PoCs, mentoring teams, and ensuring high availability, observability, and reliability across systems. Be a core player in our AI journey and tech evolution.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & scale distributed systems and microservices

• Own technical decisions and long-term strategy

• Guide platform architecture, PoCs, and build vs. buy decisions

• Drive engineering excellence, best practices, and mentoring

• Represent engineering in forums, conferences, and with customers

What We’re Looking For:

• 18+ years in engineering with large-scale system design

• Strong experience in distributed systems, cloud (AWS), and platformization

• Deep knowledge in transactional/analytical datastores

• SaaS, B2B/B2C domain expertise

• AI/ML or customer support product experience is a plus

• Ruby on Rails & familiarity with Freshworks products is a bonus
